FALL-ing in Leather.

My favorite fabric is leather.  Leather does me well and looks great on me. I’ve actually gravitated to wearing leather year round, which isn’t bad in Summer months depending on the piece that you chose to wear.

In this post, I am wearing my multu-color leather top from Asos.com, which is my go-to shop for anything leather. There ode gear selections and prices.

This unique top can be paired with many different looks; just be certain to wear it with confidence and poise; especially if it’s during a Summer month.
Top: Asos.com
Jeans: Amalli Talli (37″ insm)
Boots: H&M
Handbag: Badgley Mischka from Dillard’s

Distressed denim is very popular and trending right now, which is even more fun when a tall chic like me can get them in 37″ inseam.  These jeans have truly become a favorite of mine.

This look is pretty basic and simple to pair, whether or not you have a Leather top in your collection.  Here you an downplay the look by wearing tennis shoes, rather than Boots; or even switch the top to a basic white shirt instead of the Leather top.  If you chose to denim UP, you can go with a fitted, denim button down shirt.  There are literally multiple ways you can take this very look and make it your own by wearing some things from your closet.  I’d wear this look for a Happy Hour with friends.

The leopard print handbag captures each color from the top and boots to enhance this look.  I like how the print does not takeaway from the top; just makes it stand out more.  I haven’t worn this top very much, but really love how it captures 3 popular tones worn in Leather today.  Share your thoughts and comments on how you wear your leather pieces below.

WEAR IT NOW, WEAR IT LATER! …Closet Shopping

Some time ago, I paired the top with black skinny jeans and Leopard print booties along with the same clutch and a cognac colored blazer.  It was a evening out, in which I attended a comedy show.
